To develop an efficient and effective institutional management and networking system.

Specific objectives of the MAP

1. To strengthen the FOWODE’s secretariat for effective and efficient delivery and management of the organization’s programmes.

2. To continuously monitor and evaluate the organization’s activities, assess progress and measure achievement of the organization’s objectives.

3. To increase the capacity of the organization to raise funds for increased sustainability.

4. To establish and strengthen linkages with organizations for the promotion of gender equality and equity.

MAP will focus on:

1. Strengthening the capacity of the organization to effectively and efficiency deliver the organization’s programs.

2. Development of internal and external system of continuous reflection and monitoring and evaluation so as to ensure a continued sense of direction and ascertainment that programme implementation is on track.

3. Ensure the sustainability of the organization.

4. Participate in other organization activities that are relevant to the achievement of the organizations activities.
