The management and administration facilitates the effective implementation of the core programmes and aims at strengthening the capacity of the organization to ensure effective implementation of the organization activities. Further more MAP facilitates networking and collaboration with sister organization’s for effective advocacy on gender and Women’s issues.

Staff development is essential to ensure that the organization’s programs are conducted in a timely manner, are effectively managed and meet out partner’s expectations. The organization also recognizes the need to increase on its staff and improve current management and administration capacities in order for it to achieve its goals. Furthermore, there is need to facilitate the staff with adequate infrastructure in order for them to perform effectively. The success of FOWODE’s Strategic plan will depend on well-paid motivated staff.

Constant planning and review of plans is crucial so as to access progress of implementation of activities. The MAP will take charge of planning for the organizations programmes and monitoring and evaluation to ascertain that programme implementation is on track. Furthermore Map will develop a fund raising strategy so as to ensure that FOWODE is financially stable and therefore sustainable.

Under this programme, review and implementation of the organization’s policies in governance, management and finances will be given utmost priority. This will go along way in making FOWODE a more efficient and effective organization. FOWODE will increase its level of collaboration and networking for the promotion of gender equality and equity. MAP will enhance the image of the organization to the general public through positive portrayal of the organization’s work and networking.
